Due to the nature of food preparation:
All sales are final once food preparation has begun

No refunds will be issued for failure to pick up, delivery delays caused by the customer, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences
Catering orders may have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services are not grounds for refunds
Customers must provide accurate delivery or pickup information
Failure to receive an order due to incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility.
