Effective Immediately
All sales are subject to the following terms:
1. Digital Products (E-Books, Downloads, Online Materials)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for support.
2. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Branded Items)
All physical product sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims may qualify for replacement (not refund).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Food Products (Catering, Meal Prep, Event Services)
Due to food safety regulations:
All food sales are final.
Deposits for catering and events are non-refundable.
Event cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may qualify for partial credit toward a future booking (at management discretion).
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Services (Consultations, Workshops, Coaching, Design Services)
All service bookings are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your booking and are non-transferable.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Unique Meals & More LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback.
Filing a false claim for services or products that were delivered may result in refusal of future service.
6. Agreement
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
